Analysis of the Reasons for Power Consumption of Electric Forklifts Accelerating

Electric forklifts have many advantages over traditional fuel forklifts, but they also have one of the biggest problems, durability and charging. Sometimes, the place where the charge is full is full, but when it is opened, when it accelerates, it will directly reduce one or two grids. What is the matter?

First, at startup, the voltage will decrease and the power consumption will be higher. Even if you don't use an electric forklift, the battery will continue to discharge.

Second, when the electric forklift is fully charged, it will stay too long. Although the car was not used during this period, the battery was always discharged, so when using the electric forklift, it seems to be full of electricity, but the acceleration will immediately lose one or two grids, and the one that is missing is the virtual one. If the battery of the electric forklift is stored for too long, they will also be destroyed. The electrolyte in the battery changes and therefore does not store energy better.

Then, after long-term use of the electric forklift, there will be some aging in the circuit. At this point, the resistance of the electric forklift will increase, so that the battery storage capacity will shift between the circuits because the resistance is too large, causing the current to decrease. Even if the battery is full, current instability will reduce both batteries.

Finally, one of the batteries in the electric forklift was broken. In the long-term use of electric forklifts, if one battery fails, the resistance of the battery will increase. The power of the battery will be correspondingly reduced. If the battery of the electric forklift is found to be insufficient, and the virtual power supply is severe, you must check the battery for damage.
