Forklift operation precautions for safety
01 When carrying goods, do not tilt the door frame forward, do not carry out loading and unloading operations, do not brake urgently to prevent the goods from slipping out.
02 Before and after tilting the gantry, the forklift should be braked. When leaning forward, reduce the throttle slowly to prevent the cargo from slipping out suddenly.
03 Emergency braking should be avoided when the forklift is running on load
04 Forklifts should drive into the pile at a low speed, and pay attention to the presence of hard objects protruding near the goods to avoid stabbing the tires.
05 When driving, pay attention to pedestrians, obstacles and potholes, and pay attention to the gap above the forklift
06 When driving the forklift, it is forbidden to extend the handle, feet and other parts of the body outside the driver's cab.
07 For the high lift forklift, try to tilt the gantry backwards. The loading and unloading operation should be tilted back and forth within the minimum range; prohibit the forklift from driving and turning when the fork is raised.
For lift trucks with a rise of more than 3 meters from 08, attention should be paid to the above goods falling off and protective measures should be taken when necessary.
09 Before the forklift truck stops safely and decelerates, the reverse gear position cannot be hung to prevent damage to the parts and ensure the safety of the load.
10 Forklift stops midway, when the engine is idling, the gantry should be tilted backwards. It is strictly forbidden to let the engine idle and unattended after parking, and it is not allowed to hang in the air, and the driver leaves the driving position.
