1. The working structure and principle of the seat belt cannot be changed arbitrarily to make it safer and more effective to protect the driver.
2. The forklift must replace the new seat belt after encountering serious collisions, tumbling, etc.
3. New forklift seat belts must be replaced due to normal chemical reactions, such as sun and rain, causing damage, cracking, aging or soft deformation of the forklift seat belt.
4. The safety of the forklift truck must be replaced when the metal connecting parts are deformed, bent, broken, rusted or aged.
5. When the performance of the forklift seat belt is not good enough, the forklift seat belts that cannot be automatically retracted, cannot be self-locked, and not fastened must be replaced to ensure normal safety.
6. If the seat belt of the forklift is used, its thickness should not be less than 1.5 mm and the width should not be less than 50 mm. It is best to replace the seat belt with emergency self-locking function.
