(1) Forklift scales used for trade settlement are mandatory verification measuring instruments. After installation, they must pass the verification by the legal metrological verification agency before they can be put into use. The seals must not be destroyed, and the system components must not be replaced, adjusted or changed.
(2) The forklift scale should be used and maintained by the full-time operator. Familiar with the technical performance, operation method and use essentials of the forklift scale, and have the ability to handle the problems on the spot.
(3) Before weighing, check whether the scale body is flexible, clean the scale table surface, keep it clean, check the gap of the weighing platform for foreign matter, whether the limit gap is reasonable, whether the wiring is loose or broken, whether the grounding is firm, and the performance of the matching components. Is it good?
(4) The operator should inspect and maintain the various components of the forklift scale, and regularly check whether the wiring and junction box are dry. If necessary, please replace it with a professional.
Fault analysis and solution for forklift scales:
Fault 1: The forklift scale is weighed many times, the weight is inconsistent, and there is an error.
Solution 1: Lift the forklift scale to zui high, insert a piece of paper into the gap between the scale and the fork cover to see if there is any place. If there is a problem, you can use the appropriate tool to tilt off.
Solution 2: Raise the fork cover, loosen the sensor retainer, use a large screwdriver to adjust it up, and then attach the circlip. If there is no adjustment screw on the sensor, loosen the circlip and then remove the fork cover, then turn the 4 screws in the cover down 2-3 times.
Fault 2: When the forklift scale is weighed, the hop count does not return to zero.
Solution: First of all, if you find that the weighing is not accurate, that is, an item is the same under the two weighing conditions, you need to recalibrate the debugging until it is accurate. If the hop count produces a non-returning error, please check whether the sensor fixing screw is loose, whether it is in a plane. If no screw is loose and in a plane, check the sensor itself for any problem (sensor self-test method: test with universal meter) The four sensors are blocked to see if the linearity is the same. If the sensor itself has a problem, the sensor needs to be replaced.
Fault 3: The forklift scale weighs no response and often reports errors.
Solution: When you encounter this problem, first check if there is any problem with the line, if there is a short circuit at the end of the wire, if the inner wire of the junction box is off, and so on. Secondly, check if the meter can be turned on normally and perform self-test. If the problem is caused by the line, you need to connect the wiring. If there is any problem with the meter itself, please contact the manufacturer/or distributor.
