How to maintain the diesel stacker
1. Routine inspection before stacker operation:
Routine inspection before the operation has an absolute impact on the safety of the day's work. Confirm that the stacker is in a safe state before operating your stacker.
Please perform the following actions before checking your stacker
a. Stop the stacker in a safe and stable place
b. Stop the engine 咿D, pull up the hand brake and set all the levers in the neutral position.
c. Let the mast be perpendicular to the horizontal line, lower the fork and let the fork touch the ground.
Look around the stacker for oil leaks or water leaks.
Check if the tire pressure is normal, whether the tread is cut, whether the steel ring is deformed, damaged, and whether the screw is locked.
After the inspection, the support and the fork are deformed, cracked, and the fork is positioned normally.
Check if the mast chain tension is consistent.
Check the lamp system for damage and whether the protector has deformation cracks.
Open the hood
Check the cooling water level. Check the engine oil level. Check the fan belt for cracks and wear. Check the battery electrolyte level. Check the hydraulic oil level. Check the brake oil level. Lower the hood, get on the bus, sit on the seat. Adjust the chair to the proper position. Adjust the tilt angle of the steering wheel to the optimal position. Check if the speaker function is normal. Try to step on the brake pedal. Check if the accelerator pedal is normal. Try to step on the clutch pedal. (Manual gear shifter type) Is the jog pedal normal? (Automatic shifting machine type) Is the operating brake lever normal? Turn the key switch to ON
Check if the fuel quantity is enough. Check whether the warning lights and instruments on the instrument panel are functioning properly. Check if the direction light control lever function is normal. Check if the brake light is working properly. Start the engine and let the engine warm up for 5 minutes to check if there is any difference. Sound or abnormal vibration. Check if the mast lifts and tilts forward and backward smoothly, and check whether the oil cylinder and the oil pipe are leaking. Move the stacker slowly to the safe area. Check whether the clutch action (acting switch function) is normal. Check if the brake braking force is sufficient. Check if the steering wheel steering is normal.
2. Regular inspection and maintenance
Before operating the stacker, in addition to the "pre-work routine inspection”, the stacker should be on the heap at regular intervals for safety reasons and to ensure the life, performance and flaws of the machine. High-level machine for routine inspection
