The removed parts should be placed on a cleaning paper or rag and should be used to avoid contamination, scratches or dents. Suspension and lifting require professional storage electric forklift maintenance personnel. Carrying heavy loads requires two people to work together.
2. The storage electric forklift winds the sealing tape on the tapered thread, and does not allow the sealing tape to enter the hydraulic pipe. When connecting each hydraulic component, use an O-ring on the joint. Install a guide on the joint thread before installation and insert the O-ring along the line to avoid damage to the O-ring. Tighten the joint by hand and determine the joint position before tightening the lock nut to the specified torque.
3. Discharge the hydraulic oil before disassembling the suction pipe.
4, the hose, before the disassembly, check the hose for leaks, aging or damaged hose should be replaced. Leaked or damaged connectors should be replaced.
