Disassembly method of hydraulic pipeline system in electric forklift maintenance

1. Before disassembly, please pay attention to the switch and close the position before disconnecting and installing the program. Disconnect the battery plug and release the residual pressure of the catheter with the control rod. Keep the working environment clean and avoid getting into the interior. When disconnecting the catheter, cover it with a rag to avoid oil contamination of other parts. Do not allow foreign matter to enter when connecting the catheter. The removed parts should be placed on a cleaning paper or rag and should be used to avoid contamination, scratches or dents. Suspension and lifting require professional storage electric forklift maintenance personnel. Carrying heavy loads requires two people to work together.

2. The storage electric forklift winds the sealing tape on the tapered thread, and does not allow the sealing tape to enter the hydraulic pipe. When connecting each hydraulic component, use an O-ring on the joint. Install a guide on the joint thread before installation and insert the O-ring along the line to avoid damage to the O-ring. Tighten the joint by hand and determine the joint position before tightening the lock nut to the specified torque.

3. Discharge the hydraulic oil before disassembling the suction pipe.

4, the hose, before the disassembly, check the hose for leaks, aging or damaged hose should be replaced. Leaked or damaged connectors should be replaced.

5, the catheter, before the disassembly, the catheter should be inspected for leaks, bends, broken or scratched conduits should be notified to the storage electric forklift repair company to replace. Leaked or damaged connectors should be replaced
